 In our two minute film opener we will be representing teenage girls. I believe our representation is stereotypical. I don't believe we are really challenging representation in our film because there is not a lot of it, it is mostly a film just giving a backstory of one of the tragedies that has happened because of the killer on the loose. I do not believe we need to make any changes to characters because most of the characters are not going to have dialogue it will mostly just be a camera recording the characters.

 One supporting character in the movie will be portrayed by Anabella Gonzalez-Lopez. Her character's characteristics are: Name: Anabella/ Ana Physical Characteristics: 5'5.5, long and straight dark brown hair, dark brown hair, and she has a light skin tone Character traits: Sweet, shy, curious Communication Style: Genuine and straight-forward Mental state/ Psychological state: Stable and relaxed Motivations: Family and friends Costuming: She will be wearing white long sleeve tops with trees on it, a pair of black pajama pants, and black slippers Props: She will have a phone, a backpack, a blanket, and a pillow Another supporting character in the movie will be portrayed by Anneliese Greiner.  Our main character is going to be portrayed by Isabella and in the movie her name will be Isabella (Isa). She has dark long hair, she is 5'5, she wears glasses, and she has brown eyes. Her costuming will be pajamas, which are a black long sleeve shirt, grey pajama pants, and slippers, and some props that will be associated with her are backpacks, blankets, and snacks. Her communication style is genuine and straightforward. Her personality is a 14-year-old, smart, funny, friendly, extroverted, and horror movie enthusiast. Her mental/ psychological state is anxious. Her motivations are family, friends, and school. 

  Costuming Since our film will take place at a sleepover, our actors costuming will be pajamas and any other things they wear regularly such as jewelry. For Anabella's costume she will be wearing a  white long sleeve top with trees on it, a pair of black pajama pants, and black slippers and for Anneliese's costume she will be wearing  a grey baggy hoodie and a pair of cheetah print pajama pants.  They chose these costumes and accessories because of the film so it can look as realistic as it can. The pajamas do not really add much to the character because it is normal to wear pajamas at a sleepover, but they help add to the realism of the film.  Now that we have an idea of what we are going to film we are starting to prepare everything we are going to need and talking about what we are going to do. We are all going to be in the film and another one of our friends who is not in our group is going to help with the film too. We have not made any specific jobs for each of us we are just working on it all together and contributing whatever we can. Actors: Isabella G.L., Anneliese G., Anabella G.L. Costumes: They will be wearing our regular pajamas and for their hair and jewelry it will just be things we use every day too Props: Backpacks, snacks, pillow, a bed, a TV, and other things that would be found in a bedroom Location: Our location will be in Anneliese's house and we will be in her bedroom, her kitchen, and her hallway Dates & Times: The filming is going to start when the sun is starting to set but as the film goes on it will get dark.    This story board shows most of the scenes we are planning to film for our 2 minute film opener. Most of the drawings were done by Isabella but for the rest of the writing we all collaborated in deciding what camera angels, transitions, and other tings were going to be. In the first page it shows four girls watching a scary movie while having a sleepover. In the last one, one of the girls says she is going to go get a snack. On the next page the girl is getting her snacks but then hears scratching noises. When she goes to go check it out the camera zooms in on her scared face and then the screen turns black.
